Welcome to Skill Swap Shop.

This site was created as a direct result of the Change Management initiative at City College Norwich.

The site is designed as a searchable directory of staff skills within City College Norwich. Staff can login with their college user name and password and create a personal profile that lists skills that they feel they are willing and able to "trade" with other employees of the College.

The overall aims of this "skill swap" are to:

• enhance communications between staff and between departments
• increase the skill sets of individuals and teams through tapping into the skills of others
• share some of YOUR knowledge with colleagues
• have some fun!
